Book Review: The Best Milk Soap Book!
Summary: 5 Stars
This is my first book on making milksoap and even for a beginner like me it was so easy to understand! Real clear and concise instructions to get every step right. Even though I have been making soap for a while now, this book is still the No. 1 I run back to when I need any exact info. on soap making. I love the fact that the author took the trouble to put in exact temperatures throughout the process because this really helps to keep everything in check or to vary conditions. She is able to make this seem almost like an exact science! It really helped me to put things together and because it's so lightweight, i can have it with me wherever I want when I'm making soap. It's one of the best 'soap theory and practice book' any soaper could have.
By now I own a few other soap books but this one on Milk soaps and Smart Soapmaking are the 2 most read- and re-read. In fact none of my other soap books are as good in terms of teaching as this on is! I've even considered sending my other soap books back and just keeping these 2.
I learn something new everytime I read it!!! Whether you are a new soaper or an experienced one.... these two books will teach u everything in 1 sitting and reinforce everything with new exactness and even more knowledge for an experienced soaper. Thumbs Up!
