Book Reviews of Miracle Superfood: Wild Blue-Green AlgaeBook Review: SMALL BOOK Summary: 3 Stars
I am a great Gillian Mckeith fan and buy all her books. This is a very thin book with some useful information, but nothing you cannot find for free on the internet.
I have been taking Blue/Green Algae for sometime and was expecting to learn something new from this book. I do not think it is worth a total of close to $8 (including shipping) when the information is so freely available.
I am sorry Gillian only 3 stars for this one.
Book Review: super food for real! Summary: 5 Stars
Once you read it, you'll want to take the algae. I've been taking it for almost 10 months now. I see improvements, but not to the point where it fixes every problems I have. because I still have candidiasis in my system so I don't think I'm absorbing the nutrients as well as other might. Following Natalie Ross Detox for women really helps improved my overall health.
Book Review: Love all Jillians work Summary: 5 Stars
Love the show you are what you eat and I learn so much for the docs wisdom and knowledge of the importance of diet and nutrition on the body....and the effects of neglect...
Book Review: Good, quick read - packed with info. and examples of use Summary: 5 Stars
I think my title just about says it all -- enough to say that I did go out and get some blue-green algae!! It DOES make you feel more alert!
Book Review: Save your money Summary: 1 Stars
I'm a big fan of the show but this book is a waste of money.
