Book Review: Explosive!

MORE SECRETS, MORE LIES, J. Tremble's follow-up to Secrets of A Housewife, picks up exactly where the previous book ended. Secret and Tarron are separated after she learns about his affair with Victoria. Tarron's world is spinning wildly on his axis as he battles his brother for custody of the child he once believed was his son. He is also trying to determine who is framing him for corporate embezzlement. As his troubles mount, he is still stumbling over skeletons that are falling out Secret's and Victoria's closets. Just how far reaching the scandals run is totally shocking. Will there be any salvaged relationship when it is all over?

MORE SECRETS, MORE LIES is an excellent sequel although I would not recommend you read it as a stand-alone. The author did not provided much of the background regarding the characters so those who are reading it for the first time will be confused. The novel is well written but the book was flawed with formatting errors, which took away from the visual flow of the story. Also, I would have liked more insight into Victoria's character to help determine her motives in a lot of the situations in the book. At times her actions seem to conflict with what she was saying. Overall, this is a highly dramatic and thoroughly engaging read.

Summary of More Secrets More Lies

More Secrets More Lies tells the sexy, erotic tale of a scorned wife with a new attitude. Secret, the wife of Tarron, a cheating business-man is out to re-claim her son, and husband who left her for Victoria, a woman specializing in seducing men. Tarron eventually finds himself caught in a web of lies, seduction and deceit. While he fights his brother in a custody battle for a child that is potentially not his, and disputes embezzlement charges at work, his sweet Victoria is up to her old tricks again. No one knows VictoriaÕs underhanded intentions until she does the unthinkable. When her scandalous sexual agenda is exposed, she has to come clean and choose her lover, which will cause problems for everyone.
