Book Reviews of More-With-Less Cookbook

Book Review: excellent cookbook
Summary: 5 Stars

I love this cookbook not only for the wonderful recipes, but also because it teaches you inventive combinations and replacements ingredients when you don't have things on hand or don't have the money to go and get certain items. This cookbook has helped me come up with new recipes using ingredients I find in my cupboard rather than going to many different stores to find different stuff. My kids love the dishes as well!

Book Review: I love this cookbook.
Summary: 5 Stars

My daughter-in-law said this book was given to her many years ago. I found it on her bookshelf and after looking through it, I decided I had to have one for myself. It is full of everyday recipes as well as other, more exotic ones. All of them are appealing and I am sure will it will become my favorite cookbook. I was delighted to find it available at Amazon.com. While I was at it, I ordered one for my daughter also!

Book Review: Very Flexible Cookbook
Summary: 5 Stars

I love how this cookbook is very realistic and flexible. It gives so many substitution options. You can swap ingredients for something you may have on hand, add on something if you happen to have it, or even omit ingredients if you don't have them depending on the recipe- it will let you know. The recipes are great and very cheap. I use this book literally every day and have learned SO MUCH! It's worth it!

Book Review: Review of More-With-Less Cookbook
Summary: 5 Stars

More-With-Less Cookbook is a cookbook for those interested in healthy and frugal cooking. Most ingredients are readily available and not very expensive.

There are many recipes for breakfast, including several kinds of cereal. This cookbook is geared toward those who enjoy making items from scratch.

Book Review: Wore my first copy out....!
Summary: 5 Stars

This amazing cookbook has been a staple in our home since the mid-70's when cooking with whole grains and offering meatless dishes for dinner was weird. The Mennonites have long focused on healthy foods and joyful preparations that are kind to your food budget and consume less of the world's limited food resources. I wore out my first copy and am delighted to be able to still buy this wonderful resource!
