In first reading I hade problems to digest and accept author ideas. I think that the most denying part was in my mind. Because of lack of other joys, it made wrong food us something very satisfying and needed. Medicine for different depressions formed in everyday life tasks. After "master cleanser" diet (fast), which was not so positive for me and reading book again I found my understanding to reach deeper levels of food story. This system is also body friendly and teaches to be sensitive with what is going on in you. Author is maybe a little too sure in his expositions, but anyway, this book is a definitive push for me in improving my living and health.Book Review: Mucusless Diet Healing System

This book gives a detailed diet for healing through fasting and dietary modification. Far ahead of his time in developing low fat/low carb diets.
The dynamic tension exercises are easy and very helpful, like a quick 'adjustment', but with you in control.
Dr. Ehret's 'new' physiology, with the lungs as the PUMP and the heart as a valve, give new understanding to our physical problems and how the body really works.
His untimely death was a great loss to our world, since his message is capable of redirecting our habits and culture to a much better world of health and longevity.

I've had rumathoid arthritis for 15 years and the ONLY "treatment" with positive results was this diet of Ehret. No more pain killers, no more acne (thanks to cortisone etc.) no more depression and NO pain or swelling. All allergies disappeared and I can eat almost anything in moderation. Had candida (chronic) - this also disappeared after the fast and never returned thanks to this MUCUSLESS DIET of Ehret. I don't miss any animal proteins in my diet and have no cravings! This Man was a Genius.My guess is this man was going to cost the meat and dairy and various big businesses alot of money,so they got rid of
him.
I ordered this after reading Rational Fasting by Ehret.It was so interesting:I had to get this.
I feel so clear headed after a week of fasting and a few days of fruits,juices(organic and juicer) and veges,nuts and carob.
Meat smells bad to me now!Also my winter parlor look is gone.After
the second day I noticed a glow.
Fabulous author!I feel great!!Rawfood diet tastes great-next coffee.
