This is a great book--minus the recommendation to eat fruits. The bowel is the primary brain of the human body and we must keep it clean. Anyone eating dairy has to get ready for many symptomologies. Read this book and take notes.
Alkaline water, good sea salt, great oils and green food is the only way to go.

If you are trying to make a change from the average american, carnivore way of eating, this is not the book for you.
