I am not an organized person, but this helps me keep all my kids health info in one place. I take it to all his Doc appts and always have what I need, Insurance cards, vaccine records. It's so easy. I love the Folders you can stuff info in and lots of places for notes. i've written down all his heights and weights for all his visits and I have every illness he's had and medications jotted down in one easy to access place. Must Have for parents. I've just ordered another for baby #2.
