Book Review: A great guide for the foodie as well as the traveler.

I am an instructor at the International Tour Management Institute (www.itmisf.com) as well as a tour director. I spend 4 months a year as a tour director in France and I have been to many of the places that Julia refers to in her fantastic book. My favorite is La Couronne in historic Rouen. I am fortunate enough to take my fellow travelers there for a gourmet lunch on a regular basis! Vive la France!
