Book Review: Nice little reference

Nice little reference book for anyone applying for NCLEX-RN. This should be used as a supplement to a comprehensive study book from Kaplan or from some other publisher. It's small enough to be carried everywhere in a purse. It's good for quick reference or quick look to verify something. Rating it four starts only because, the CD that came with this reference book didn't come with lots of exam-type questions.
