Book Review: Great purchase

NIV Trimline Button Flap Burgundy Bonded Ltd
This has been a wonderful purchase. I can keep it in my pocketbook, making is easy to use at any time. It is always accessible, no matter where I am. It is small, yet easy to read (and I am over forty, making small print hard on the eyes).
However, I have no problem reading this Bible.
I bought this one for myself, yet I plan to buy some more to give as gifts, I believe it makes the perfect gift for a Christian person to receive. The flap keeps it closed while in my pocketbook, protecting the pages.
In short, I highly recommend this Bible, whether for yourself or as a gift. I am very happy with mine.
Book Review: NIV Trimline Bible needs more online physical description

I looked for a pocket NIV Bible for a number of months before ordering the NIV Trimline Bible. Until it showed up, I was not sure what I would be getting because the online photos were not entirely descriptive. I was not sure of the color. I was not sure whether it was the size that I was looking for.
I actually never found the pocket NIV Bible that I reviewed in a bookstore last year while traveling, but the NIV Trimline Bible is larger and hence more legible. I have enjoyed this bible in the months since I ordered because of its portability and I keep it in my car to use in Sunday school and in small group meetings.
The Bible I received was burgundy leather. It fits nicely in a suit coat pocket.

This is a nice sized pocket or purse Bible. It contains all of the Old and New Testaments.I have several different Bibles, and am most fond of the NIV translation. When I was looking for a pocket Bible, I wanted the NIV, and was concerned that the type not be too small for my aging eyes to read easily. This one is perfect! It is a small font, of course, but is a sans-serif typeface, making it very easy to read. (it looks to me like the Verdana font.) The bonded leather cover has a nice feel to it, and there is a matching ribbon to mark your spot. The cover has gold stamped on the spine and back and the pages are edged in gold. This would make a lovely gift.Book Review: very pleased

This bible is just what I was looking. It slim enough to slip into my briefcase or purse. The print is not too small to read and does not cause me to strain my eyes. Of course more references would be nice, but it does provide some at the end of selected verses. (this would probably lead to smaller print or larger size; although, I would purchase a slightly larger size) My only other wish is that a NIV trimline bible would be availble with a zipper; I prefer complete protection for the pages because they can still be damaged with the snap closure.Book Review: Sturdy and Compact

I purchased this Bible to carry in my purse. I couldn't be more pleased. The snap flap keeps the pages from getting wrinkled in my bag. The text is small, of course, due to the size of the Bible, but I find that the font is clear and easy to read. This Bible has already come in handy when I've needed to reference a verse or two on the fly. I'd recommend this Bible to anyone looking for a compact, portable, and durable NIV Bible.
