Book Review: Great NLP manual ! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a very good intro and manual to learning NLP and applying it in your life. There are lots of step-by-step strategies and guides. Eg, are how to motivate yourself (like getting up in the morning or doing your tax early), how to gain self- appreciation and esteem, how to anchor states, and many many more. Easy to understand WITHOUT those technical jargons in many NLP books that often confuse beginners.
Book Review: very clear Summary: 5 Stars
I found this book to be very smart. It's clarity in expressing ideas is amazing. It gives you things to consider delicatly as if your speaking with a good friend. I highly recommend the chapter on motivation as well as the mission chapter. Ive had Ideas about things but needed to be encouraged. Its not over the top by any means but gets to the meat right away and all the rest is gravy. Great book!
Book Review: Recommended even for UK readers (by an NLP trainer) Summary: 4 Stars
Shed loads of practical, easy techniques for self-help, personal development and achieving your goals. Some British readers might find the relentless "American" positivity and can-do attitude a bit grating. My advice: get over it! Our national cynicism is very useful in some contexts, but you have to use it discriminatingly or you can end up missing out on some really good stuff.
Book Review: New Technology for the New World Summary: 5 Stars
Neuro Semantics has always been based on what WORKS - as established by timeless trial and error - rather than chasing the latest theory. That is what I liked about this book. It distilled the applications away from the fluff and theory. I've learned in 3 hours of reading enough methodology to give me the edge in the collective bargaining agreements I frequently facilitate.
