I bought a copy of this book for my folks, who are selling their home, downsizing and looking for the "usuals"... reprieve from New England Winters, good medical care, etc.
I sent it to my Dad for Father's Day... after taking a peek at it. Seems I've been living in my "Nextville" since I was 30. Sarasota, Florida. I hope the book helps guide them to the perfect "Nextville" for them.
On a packaging note, the book arrived with three dirty fingerprint smears across the front. Unacceptable.
