Book Reviews of Nutrition and Physical DegenerationBook Review: It's like a textbook Summary: 5 Stars
This is a densely written rich book that is like a textbook. And in fact, it should be included in school curriculums. This is information about nutrition that everyone should be taught. To think it was written in the 30's and yet we continue to poison ourselves in more and more creative ways, and not learn the lessons the book lays out so simply and eloquently. This is a great book for anyone who takes nutrition and health seriously.
