This book contains items that only use one skein of yarn. It is mostly knit items so if you crochet there aren't many items of interest as pointed out by one of my friends. The items contain some design features that other books for one skein may not. I found some items of interest but have not done any yet.

It's well-organized, well-written, the patterns are quite easy & well-explained, and really - it is just plain fun. I ordered this book and was thrilled when it arrived. So many wonderful ideas. It's a must for any knitter with even a small stash! It will be used over and over. I bought both this book and One Skein at the same time. I returned One Skein, but this book is a jewel!! I love some of the ideas, many that even a beginner can do. I can hardly wait for the next One Skein Wonders (due out at the end of October I think) to come out. A great buy.Book Review: What to do with that little bit of yarn?

You need this book! Full of great ideas with what to do with the leftover yarn from any project. The patterns are well written and easy to follow, making this a perfect weekend project book. It's size lends itself nicely for those "on the run" projects and fits into most tote bags.
