This book came highly recommended to me, so I purchased it and began doing all of the exercises as recommended. For the first time in years, I feel like my neck is stronger and more flexible than ever. It also reminds me to be more aware of my posture throughout the day. It doesn't take me long to do the exercises so I can work them into my schedule many times a week. I will now start recommending this book!Book Review: painful

this book is a big help. i have suffered daily neck pain for 3 years. The pain is constant due to all the symptoms described in this book. The doctor said to 'live with it'. The book gives excellent examples how to get relief. It may not be permanent in my case but it does give some relief with the techniques the book describes. I've spent $500 for pillows and this book offered more help.Book Review: Control at last.

I have always had a neck problem and headaches for years. Chiropractic has helped some, but I would have to keep going back to them after a while. With his book, I am able to manage my pains on my own. I am able to control my own body. I can keep myself free from pain without having to go to a professional every time. I formerly had a copy of this book, as well as another by the same author. I loaned each of them to persons with neck & back problems, and never got them back! I think it was because they are so helpful to people with neck and back pain. I recommend this book without reservation, merely cautioning the reader to read it completely before starting the recommended excercises.Book Review: Treat your own pain in the neck

I can not speak first hand on this as it was a gift for my Aunt, she said she has found the exercises very helpful in relieving her chronic pain.
What I was impressed with, is that while searching for books for my Aunt, I emailed the author and asked if the book had illustrations. They responded the next day with some of the illustrations attached.
