Book Review: Everyone should know this!

Years ago, when I was a massage therapist, an elderly lady with chronic pain told me to read this book and use the techniques on her. She found it helpful and I applied the methods ever since to myself and others, and teach them to anyone who will listen. The myofascial system is practically a big secret, but taking care of or preventing trigger points and adhesions are about as important as flossing. It helps with recovery from injuries and surgery, too. Much of arthritis pain in in the soft tissues and can be helped with this kind of technique. Egoscue's stuff is also very helpful, and is more movement oriented.
