Book Review: Tried several recipes and they've all been delicious!

There are some unusual recipes in here as well as some basic no frills waffle and pancake recipes. The buttermilk waffle recipe on page 45 is the best waffle recipe I've ever had. This recipe includes cornmeal which creates an unsual flavor that is delicious. I am looking forward to trying more of the recipes in this book because so far everything has been exceptional. Great photographs as well.
