The POCKET ATLAS OF THE WORLD is a good reference that squeezes oodles of information into a relatively small book.
Fully illustrated with color maps of both physical and political boundaries, time zones and nutshell statistics (including flags) about each country, this is the perfect atlas for those looking for on-the-go information about the world.
Though it would never fit into any of my pockets because it measures approximately 4.5" x 7", the POCKET ATLAS OF THE WORLD is highly recommended. The index is first rate; the at-a-glimpse highlights are informative; and the details about populations fascinating.

Although small in size and reasonable in price, this is an authentic world atlas, filled with up-to-date and geographically accurate maps. Every region of the world is covered.
