Book Reviews of Posture AlignmentBook Review: Posture Alignment Summary: 5 Stars
The only book I have read that speaks to people in layman's terms regarding a very important health issue of our time. The author"tells it like it is" with humor& honesty. The last sections with "do it yourself" home exercise programs is a real bonus for people trying to figure out where to start in their quest to improve their health! tl, PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASS'T.
Book Review: straight forward Summary: 5 Stars
This book is easy to read and really makes sense. Tons of exercises so you don't get bored doing the same things over and other. Exercise menus are very handy. I have been researching posture and backpain on the internet for about three months before getting this book. This book brought everything together and answered a lot of question I couldn't find answers to on the internet.
Book Review: exercise review Summary: 5 Stars
Have been doing the exercises and really feel they are helping me. I have always had extreme tightness over shoulders and neck and these exercises are giving me good relief. Enjoyed reading the book so much, I read it twice. If you read the book it just makes so much sense, and explains why so many people have joint problems, back, hip, shoulder, knee, etc.
Book Review: Great practical advice and instructions Summary: 5 Stars
This book gives outstanding and very practical direction on small changes, easy exercises and pain-relieving stretches that make for great improvments in your posture. I've only been following the instructions for two days and I already have less pain and am standing straighter with less effort. A quick and easy read too. Worth the price and then some.
Book Review: Wish I had this 20 years ago Summary: 5 Stars
I've been having back and hip pain for 20 years, and doctors have been little help. This book explains how being out of alignment is the root cause for most musculoskeletal problems and why modern medicine can't really help you. The only way you can eliminate your musculoskeletal problems is to do it yourself and this book shows you how.
