This is a great book as I was looking for answers for some deep questions like: How our mind work? How our emotions work? How does fear arise, and why is there so much of it in people's lives? We are more than our mind and ego. What is eternal now? God, illusion, peace, bliss etc... If you have wondered about this kind of psychological and philosophical questions, the power of now is an excellent book. In fact, the book explains these concepts in question and answer form. So it is not in written in boring or stale text form which many times happens when discussing these topics. Well, it was still a bit philosophical, but you can't get a lot of philosophy out of books on this topic. I'm busy like most of us and prefer something not too long. I recently read another book by Sunil Sheoran on mylife framework: myLife Framework: A Model for a Successful Life based on the Yoga Principles I was amazed to similarities and contrasts. This is an excellent book to complement power of now which provides a "framework" a way to organize life. Again, mylife framwork is also and even more concise and straightforward. I think combination of these two books should satisfy a significant amount of many people's thirst for knowledge on this topic along with enough information to take practical steps. Good luck.
