I went back to canning for the first time in years (and years). I had this as one of my start up books. It has some decent recipes and if you're strating out, it is a good book to have on your shelf. I canned my fisrt batch using this book - I had forgotten how much space you can end up using if you are not organized so don't be like me, be a bit more methodical about setting up. Enjoy -
