Book Review: Great book!
Summary: 5 Stars
I read this book from the library and liked it so much I bought it too. As soon as I started reading it, it made a difference in my life. The next day I joined the gym and have been going ever since. That was 4 months ago. It just motivated me to make some changes in my life and so easily too. I changed my diet too. It really is a great book that doesn't push you to do anything. I've been trying to make changes before but had a hard time. Somehow this just got me going. I bought the book because it has recipies and alternative foods for meat eaters. I can't recommend this book enough. Do what I did, get it from the library first and then buy it! You can't lose anything that way! :)
