For someone who basically can boil water this book was an incredible find. I really know very little about food except what I like and do not like. As far as preparation is concerned it is either dining out or dialing "deliver".But "Quick Simple Food" has made cooking much easier and much more pleasant to do. Also, the terrific photos have made cooking more appealing.
