This is a terrific little book if you like to make simple dishes quickly and dive right into the raw food way of eating. The recipes are for one or two people so they are very convenient for making something just for yourself or multiplying the quantities for a family.
The recipes may be too simple for those who have already been eating raw for some time but are perfect for the newbie.
