Book Review: A little too fast......

I absolutely loved Dr. Weiss' books so I was excited to listen to this CD. Unfortunately I was disappointed that there was like 30 seconds of music before he starts speaking....speaking way too fast, unless you have done this a bunch of times before. He should have taken much more time for the relaxation portion and the regression. Maybe after I listen to it 50 more times I might get there, but this was really disappointing. I hope he will recondsider recording this again, at a much, much slower pace.
