Book Review: First Novel
Summary: 3 Stars
I like John Sandford novels/mysteries and decided to start from the first or beginning novel. I can tell from the writing that this is his first although it is very good and keeps your interest up. I have now read two more and the writing has improved but the original characters remain true to form.Book Review: Every Lucas Davenport Prey Book Is Just Fun

I started reading this series a few years ago. I started about half way through the series and wound up buying all the previous books. I love how John Sandford is able to bring humr into a book about hunting serial killers. It is a guilty fun read.

This is the first Prey book and my first by Sandford and I loved it. The police side and the killer's thoughts and actions are excellently portrayed. Lucas Davenport and associates and friends are great and the ending was fantastic. I have started Shadow Prey already.Book Review: A real page turner

Rules of prey is a constant page-turner. I have not read much for pleasure lately because I can't finish a book, but I finished this book in less than a week because I could not put it down. Can't wait to read the rest in the series.
