Book Review: Don't Waste Your Time

I've been a fan of Patricia Cornwell's Kay Scarpetta novels since the beginning. After over 100 pages of Scarpetta talking with a suspected murderer, and nothing else happening, I just gave up on this book. I put it down a few times and kept trying, thinking that it HAD to get better. It did not! This book does not even "feel" like one that Patricia Cornwell wrote- perhaps she's capitalizing on her name recognition and subcontracting the actual writing out to subpar authors. Please don't waste your time or money on this awful book that is nothing more than an expensive paperweight.
