Book Reviews of Sex for One: The Joy of SelflovingBook Review: A "must read" for any woman living alone !! Summary: 5 Stars
The author uses her own personal, sometimes funny, experiences as examples. She, being a gifted artist, also includes wonderful charcoal sketches to enrich her teachings. I plan to read her other books and hope they are this interesting, useful, and unique as "Sex for One".
Book Review: Call a spade a spade Summary: 2 Stars
I really didn't understand the marketing of this book. Reading the book, I kept wondering "where's the beef?" I expected information that was useful but instead all I found was an autobiography that not only wasn't what I was looking for, it was boring.
Book Review: Okay, but not what I was looking for. Summary: 2 Stars
It's an okay read, but it's not that helpful regarding orgasms and other practical advice in reaching the big O. Unless you have serious insecurities and negative thoughts about your body or have been abused, this book isn't really for you.
Book Review: Forget The Old School! Summary: 5 Stars
Betty throws out everything you have hard about masturbation being bad or wrong and gives you inspiration as to why self-loving is healthy and good. This is a must for anyone who wishes to overcome their sexual inhibitions.
Book Review: the reality of the power of self touch to explore ones mind Summary: 5 Stars
The awareness of how self touch not only "tunes" the physical aspects of the body but it also releases the mind to expand and transcend barriers of reality. All is possible.
