Book Reviews of She Is Like the Wind

Book Review: Poetry in Motion and Emotion
Summary: 5 Stars

As I read the poems Ms.DesRochers wrote here, I was drawn into the emotions of her soul. Each word seems to bring her feelings to life. As you read these poems, you will not only feel the emotion of sadness, but the motion of memories created in love. The roses are real as are the last moments in time spent with ones that you love. Poetry should flow across your lips and skip over your soul allowing the reader to step into the very heart of the writer. Ms.DesRochers book, She is like the Wind does exactly that. From the first write to the very last words penned, the poet in Ms. DesRochers opens the window into her very soul. William Yeats, a poet that lives on throughout the centuries once wrote of the grief of a lost loved one. His 'The Rose in the Depths of his Heart' speaks of roses and of losing someone dear. Ms. DesRochers captured my heart in the very same way as Yeats did. If you are a lover of poetry and wish to feel the words you read, I reccomend that you not pass up this book of poems. You are certain to enjoy and look for more of Ms. DesRochers poetry.
