I adore this book. It makes me feel the giddy freedom that every child deserves to know. My son loves this book and his interaction with the story has evolved over time. He went from listening to finishing the lines himself to reciting the story by rote! He turns the book around, anticipates the meeting of the characters along the path, and gives me a smile that fills my heart with joy.Book Review: A wonderful book for a little girl

I bought this book for my daughter after reading the reviews on amazon. She absolutely loves the book and has memorized the book from front to back. At 2.5 years old, she can repeat the text in the book word for word when I read it to her.
An entertaining and great book for little girls. I am glad that I bought it for my daughter..

This book is very cute with wonderful illustrations & an easy to read story. I only gave it 4 stars though because "The Napping House" & "Piggies" are much more fun in my opinion. But I really love that in all 3 books it's easy to get involved with the story physically. My dd loves it when I act out the stories as I read to her!Book Review: great rhythm!

My children have loved this book from the very first reading. It has a nice pace and the notions are silly (as advertised in the title)--great for preschool kids who are prereading. It is one of the few children's books that I never (truly NEVER!) tire of reading to my kids.Book Review: Silly Chloe loves this book!

My daughter, Chloe, loves this book, and so do I. We have fun reading it together. She brings it up all the time. She will be hanging upside down off of the couch and she will say "Silly Chloe went to town, walking backwards upside down!" Silly Sally gets an A+ in my book!
