Book Review: The best scone ever
Summary: 5 Stars
There was a wonderful tea house in Sacramento who served the best scones. They were moist, with a great flavor and texture. The tea house is gone now. I looked high and low for the recipe of those scones. The Blueberry Coffeecake Scones are the one! I added 1/4 cup more of sugar and if you use a cookie scooper and play with the cooking time a bit, they are perfect! These scones are universal. You can add pumpkin pie spice for the fall, macadamia nuts and craisins, anything you wish to change it up a bit, and the the quality stays the same.
