this is a wonderful reference book for when your kids are ill. It outlines an illness like a cold, a cough or something more serous like chicken pox. It will tell you what you can do to help them from a nutritional aspect a vitamin aspect and a natural aspect.
It will also list signs related to serous illness. At what point you need to take them to the MD.
