Book Review: Well written...but a bit too long....

My first Oliver Stone read, "Stone Cold" is a well written mystery, tying in a vast array of characters and sub plots.
I enjoyed it immensely but when I was three quarters of the way through the novel, it just became somewhat convoluted and too long.
However, Balducci has a wonderful writing style and I would definitely read more of his books in the future.

I picked this book up in the Airport in Atlanta and read it flying to Los Angeles. It was a perfect book to eat up flight time as it was fast paced and entertaining. I liked the author's writing style as it kept me glued to the book. I recommend this book to anyone who wants a good read. A most interesting piece of fiction that every reader will enjoy. The work contains different suprises at every turn of the page. I would strongly suggest the reader get a copy of the "Camel Club" first by the same author before reading this work. The book was David Baldacci at his best. I am a big fan of "The Camel Club" and this book was no exception. The plot was fast paced...you never knew what was going to be around the next corner. Mr. Baldacci already has his next "Camel Club" teaser at the end of the book, and I am waiting anxiously for it to come out.Book Review: The best of the Camel Club.

This is the best book of the Camel Club series in my opinion. It is well written with a good story line that moves along. I was a little skeptical going into it because it just seemed to be a rehash of the previous novel. It turned out very good though. I look forward to more from the Camel Club.
