Book Reviews of Stretching AnatomyBook Review: A look from the inside Summary: 4 Stars
A very basic and small book that gives a pretty good look at stretching from the inside view. I would have liked a bit more in details, but overall I must say it is a good book that is well worth the price for those who would like to know how the muscles are being stretched when used.
Book Review: Exaaaaaaaactly what I wanted to know! Summary: 5 Stars
The illustrations identify muscles and muscle groups very well, the text is informative without being too technical, the instructions are clear. Best of all, the actual stretches work wonders. I like knowing what I am supposed to be doing with each stretch, and here it all is!
Book Review: Visual presentation of familiar stretches Summary: 4 Stars
As someone who studies anatomy I appreciate the visual representation of familiar and new stretches. It's great to see "what's under the hood." I use this book with Strength Training Anatomy, another book I suggest for a complete exercise program.
Book Review: Great book! Summary: 5 Stars
As a massage therapist, I was looking for a thorough book on stretching that I can utilize with my clients. Information is clear and to the point. Diagrams are detailed. I especially like that it specifies most & lessor stretched muscles.
