Book Review: Great book for the newbie

I bought this book after reading through reader reviews, and I have to say I'm very pleased with the purchase.
Lovely pictures all the way through the well written book.
You get the a short history of sushi, good pointers on which kinds of fish to use.
Pointers on everything from picking the proper ingredients, through what kind of fish to use, to tips on how to make your food look good.

I can warmly recommend this book to anyone wanting to start making sushi at home.
And if you have kids, the book also has a small chapter on making kid-friendly sushi. My 5-year old loves it.
