Book Reviews of Tagine: Spicy Stews from MoroccoBook Review: Great basic book Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this and looked at several others when I first became interested in Middle Eastern cooking. The author does a very nice job of introducing the basic flavors, cooking techniques and ingredients used in tagines. The recipes are very easily prepared, very easily modified and--most importantly--taste great!
Book Review: Wonderful simple recipes Summary: 5 Stars
This slim book is full of easy recipes that don't need a lot of fiddly prepearation nor several exotic ingedients. The food is wonderfully tasty, and not overpoweringly spicey unless you make it so. The recipes work well in a tagine but also in a crock pot or regular casserole dish. Highly reccomended
Book Review: Hapless Buyer Summary: 1 Stars
Now, more than a month after placing the order, I have still not received the item. A review will have to wait
until the item arrives or my heirs have a chance at it in the event of my death.

Book Review: Put your Tagine to Work! Summary: 5 Stars
What an awesome little book!I use my Tunisian LeSouk Tagine more than ever now and it's a great gift for friends who are new to slow or mediterranian cooking. For a relatively small book, I find its format as savory as the dishes within its cover!
Book Review: That's it? Summary: 3 Stars
I can't attest to the quality of all the recipes but I can say there should be a lot more of them!
I tried one recipe and it turned out great...but I just wish there was more to the book.
Oh well.
