When I decided at the ripe old age of 34 that it was time to get pregnant I didn't want to leave anything to chance, so I read (and reread) this book. After implementing Toni's advice, I was pregnant the next month. I've since recommended it to 3 friends who were having trouble conceiving. One now has an 8 month old son, and 2 are pregnant. Even if I wasn't TTC, it was a fascinating book that shed so much light on my body. As a former medical student, I thought I knew a lot about the female reproductive system, but this book is so interesting and user-freindly that I learned more than I thought I would. A definite must-have for all women of childbearing age.
