Book Reviews of Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little ToesBook Review: Bedtime Reading Over and Over (and Maybe Over Again) Summary: 5 Stars
In a rhyming book for very young, Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes shows that babies all over the world, from all walks of life, all have one thing in common. Or maybe two sets of ten things in common. The text is repetitive and rhyming, making it easy for children to remember and "read" along. The watercolor illustrations are colorful, friendly, and show happy babies of all races. You'll see this book being dragged off the shelf for bedtime reading over and over (and maybe over again).
Book Review: Absolutely perfect! Summary: 5 Stars
Mem Fox has done it again!! I can't wait to share this story with my 1 year old daughter so please publish it in a board book edition! I love the message that we're all so alike as babies despite where we live or what color our skin is. It is so relevant to babies as I am always kissing my babies toes and fingers. Helen Oxenbury has produced beautiful illustrations that are pivotal to the language! Can't wait for the board book!!!
Book Review: Newborn Naptime Summary: 5 Stars
A celebration of newborns! Delightful illustrations of newborn babies and a rhythmic text remind the reader that each of us is magical and each of us is special to someone when we are born. Not only that, this book reminds us that we are all alike and we are all different; when we are born and throughout our lives. This is a perfect text to wind down with for children from birth to three years.
Book Review: disappointed Summary: 4 Stars
I sent this product back as I did not receive what I needed/wanted and they sent me the same thing so I kept it. I wanted this same book for a baby in a "Board Book" but I got a hard bound book which isn't appropriate for young children.
I love the book and the author that is why I chose this book.
Book Review: Ten Ten Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great book for the "little ones". Only thing I would change is the size - it is very large and hard to handle when you have a 9 month old in your lap - the illustrations were adorable (one child even looked like my grand child).....Have fun reading it to your "little ones"....Grandma Rozzi
