the only complaint i have about this book is that there hasn't been proper advertising or promotion for this unbelievable, shocking book! michael freeny should be commended for his research and guts to write this book....do you think that this is fiction? no, i think that this is exactly what is happening in managed care and has been happening for years but they just deny it and will continue to do so......the almighty dollar is way more important than a person... doctors are dropping out of the medical field because of the tight restrictions placed on them by the 'system'.....just believe when you read this book that this is not fiction....it's a page-turner for sure but it's reallllllly real.....!!! get it & read it...tell your doctors and friends about this book....get it out to everyone....you'll be thankful you did!!! and no, i don't know the author....i just am in such awe of him for this book!!!
Summary of Terminal Consent
Psychologist Jenny Barrett is trust into the dark, predatory world of corporate managed care. Her idealism is crushed by the frightening realities of the new medicine: the total loss of privacy, open trading of medical data, and a computer named MOM who calculates profits from client deaths. An old man fights to comfort his dying wife while a religious zealot obtains person patient data to blackmail millions of women who have had abortions.
