I am at an age where I am not easily impressed. I've read so many books and tried so many programs left left me feeling no better or worse than when I started. So, I started following Scott's program with a lot of skepticism. Well, I am now both impressed and amazed. I feel stronger and clearer, and, for the first in a long time, I am hopeful that I can and will feel better and regain my health. It's already happening. As an added bonus, I have lost 9 pounds; pretty amazing for a post menopausal woman. It's a simple program that has flexibilty built in. It takes some effort, but it's worth it. I am so grateful to Scott for putting this together.

I've spent almost 30 years searching for a food program that works for me. I've tried everything available, spent lots of money and just kept feeling worse. I had finally surrendered to the aging process. Then I found Scott's 28 day cleanse! I feel like I have lost 10 years, not to mention almost 50 pounds. I am able to do things now that I couldn't do as a teenager 40 years ago! My chronic pain is gone, and I wake up feeling rested and eager to face my day. Instead of just a 28 cleanse, I've found a way of life that really supports me on every level possible. I absolutely love the non-dogmatic approach to life and food that Scott offers.
Book Review: Best Book For True Healthy Ways Summary: 5 Stars
I have alot of books that claim to have recipes for improving our health. Some anti-cancer, some vegan etc. This book is by far the best. You can use it as a cleansing program or better yet a guide to plan your eating in a more wholesome healthy way. This book is well worth the money. Yes you do need a grocery store that sells some of the more uncommon items like Quinoa and brown rice syrup etc. however if you can find these items you will make a difference in your health.

I have now bought 5 of these books because I keep giving them away. Some friends had recommended it to me saying they loved the recipes. The recipes are great, flavorful and simple plus the advice on cleaning up my diet has been invaluable to me. I do not see this as a 28 day plan but a life plan toward greater health.
Book Review: intense Summary: 4 Stars
I think this would be a great program to cleanse the body. I purchased the book to glean some new recipes for more healthy eating, however most of the recipes call for different products and are quite unsual. Sounds like a good program, but not practical for me and my family
