Okay after reading some of the reviews I was skeptical because I tried this diet before and it didn't work for me. this time around I was determined to really put in a solid effort for a week. I am soooo glad i did. The first thing i noticed on day two was the lack of hunger i felt during breakfast and lunch which is quite unusual for me. The next thing i noticed was that i felt satisfied after my reward me...meaning I wasn't craving another piece of cake or more rice. I was really shocked. I don't know how much I am going lose on this diet ( I think the average weight loss is 2-3 pounds) but it doesn't matter if its one pound because trust me one pound lost on a low fat low calorie diet is torture. I am avid exerciser so this will definitely compliment my already active lifestyle. Give it a chance is my advice to anyone...it is working beautifully for me. No mood swings and irritability like i felt on South Beach and Atkins. I love it.
