Book Reviews of The 80/10/10 DietBook Review: Extremely valuable work Summary: 5 Stars
You won't regret buying this book, if only as a reference work.
Dr Graham pulls no punches in telling us why the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) is so unhealthy and provides us with a means to vastly improve our health and energy.
Some may be completely turned off by raw and veganism but once you have read this work you may seriously reconsider.
Menus are provided for those of you that want to jump in at the deep end. The logic of Dr Graham's research shines through to give anyone who reads it extremely valuable information on why we should completely revamp our diet. Well researched. Well put together. Well - why don't you buy it?
A must in anyone's book collection.
Book Review: 811 Summary: 5 Stars
Very good book. I found it to be loaded full of information. I have been vegitarian/vegan for a little over a year now but wasn't quite feeling like I thought I should. After reading this book I feel that I have better knowledge and understanding of how much food affects us. I've read most of the reviews and could see both sides of the issues. I feel that after reading the entire book the "negative" readers did not finish the book as I was pretty skeptic thoughout the beginning of the book. I have yet to try completly eating this diet, but I've been ramping up to "covert" over doing about 2 of my 3 meals a day in the 811 format. I will be ordering Dr. Grahms "cook" book very shortly.
Book Review: I want my book back, Kim. Summary: 5 Stars
This is the kind of book so full of intriguing facts and truth, that you just want to lend it out to everyone, but afraid that you might not get it back.
Loaded with charts and information not only for the raw foodist but for the health enthusiast, this book is sure to answer many questions, and will shed light on the big protein and the "eat lots of good fat" debate so prevelant in today's weight loss, health minded society.
I could not recommend this enough, along with the China Study for a very thorough and very convincing information and facts on why a low-fat plant based diet is the very best for health and life.
Book Review: Excellent Choice for Raw Foodist and those searching for health Summary: 5 Stars
I found this book to be excellent in it's presentation and information. Many Raw Foodists I find to still be overweight or have health issues. This book gives a logical and insightful reason as to why. Although the premise seems simple and should be easy, it may be challenging for the majority to follow it 100% immediately. My suggestion, wean over to it as you can, but once you follow it for just a few days you will notice a difference in how you feel - especially if you go back to eating what you did before, even if you ate fairly healthy! My suggestion, buy it and make a difference in your health and that of your family today!

Here is a video from Dr. Graham. It demonstrates how he is doing after 30 years on the diet and it demonstrates the direction I am now headed.
This book revolutionized my life. I had potential hernias, acne, chronic fatigue and could barely run a mile. Now I am running ULTRA marathons, have clear skin, have constant and consistent high energy levels, and no hernias.
Life is simply magnificent.
If you care about your health or your life, BUY THIS BOOK!!!
You can live the life you want, free of pain!!!
