Book Reviews of The Anatomy Coloring BookBook Review: A big help!!! Summary: 5 Stars
I just graduated high school, about to go on to college as a biological sciences major. This is a book that is essential for review. It may have a lot of pictures, but the descriptions are just great. It's a very useful learning tool and it adds some fun to Physiology and Anatomy class, where we know there is no fun to be found. I have both the Anatomy and Physiology book and I will keep them as references throughout my undergrad and when I move onto medical school.
Book Review: think this is a kid's book? think again Summary: 5 Stars
I am in college-level beginning anatomy and the instructor was quizzing the class on terminology. He gave the definition or pointed to a body part and we had to shout out the answer. I knew all of the terms while my classmates struggled.During break, my classmates asked how I knew/remembered this stuff. My answer? "The Anatomy Coloring Book." They blithely dismissed it as kid's stuff, a _coloring_ book. Well, that may be...but *I* know the material.
Book Review: Learning anatomy made fun and easy! Summary: 5 Stars
This book is a must for anyone who thinks learning basic anatomy is a boring chore. Excellent for anyone who memorises things visually. The mere time you spend coloring each plate makes you remember both the shape, name and location of bones, muscles etc. I really like the addition of more "joint" plates to this version.Slight minus: The names are not in latin, which is the preferred anatomical language in some parts of the world. (In my case, Norway.)
Book Review: Anatomy Coloring Book Summary: 5 Stars
The Anatomy Coloring Book I bought for my wife studying to become a
Licensed Massage Therapist. I didn't immediately see the value of it
until I started going through the book with her. It is a way of learning
bone and muscle structure and how they fit together. The coloring is
really what put it together for her and my interest to a certain extent.
Again, another tool and will become a part of her working library.

Book Review: after purchasing the book what next ?. Summary: 5 Stars
I have taken this book to pieces page by page and placed each page into a document folder, so that I can take out any individual page, copy it and then colour it. This allows me to keep the original pages in clean condition, I may also group pages and/or illustrations together for future reference. I feel the "Anatomy Coloring Book," is an exultant product and I recommend the the book to anyone looking for insight into the human side of anatomy. Geoff Holt.
