Book Review: Great book to save time later.
Summary: 4 Stars
I made at least ten recipes from this book and froze them. I did make the portions into smaller size to take out and cook later. This let me have a variety of things to eat during the week and cut down on the cooking time. I couldn't tell when eating the meals that they had been frozen. Some recipes are more time consuming than others (hence the four stars), but the final product is mouth watering.Book Review: Great for holiday dinners!

I got this book from the library and used it for Easter dinner last year and it was a hit and made Easter Day a relaxing time wtih my family. I made the ham, scalloped potatoes, pureer butternut squash and green beans. I just ordered a copy for myself to plan Thanksgiving. Looking forward to another stress free holiday!
The recipes were all very well explained! Great book!
Book Review: Not a freezer book

Though I have used the book a few times and had good to medium results, only 1 recipe I have connected with the freezer. I find it easier to cook once a week and freeze the meals, but most of the meals in this book don't lend easily to freezer cooking. This cookbook was very informative! I love the fact that it teaches how to make simple meals that everyone can cook! And, it gives you directions on how to freeze it! This is great for me because I can make a meal and freeze the left overs for another night! I recommend this cookbook to anyone who can't be in the kitchen for hours but wants a home-cooked meal!Book Review: Great Gift

I got this book as a birthday gift for my Step-Mom and she loves it. We even made dinner from the book that night. It was a fast easy recipe and it only took one pot. Incredible!
I would recommend this cook book to anyone, whether you're just learning to cook, or are a master chef. Definitely a great product.
