Book Review: The food taste good!

This is a review of the paperback book "The Best Vegetable Recipes" from the editors of Cook's Illustrated.
Pros:
1. Most recipes have a "Master Recipe" and variations of the master recipe. For example, Page 14 has a Master Recipe for Stir-Fried Asparagus. The variations are Stir-Fried Asparagus and Red Pepper with Garlicky Oyster Sauce, and Stir-Fried Asparagus with Black Bean Sauce.
2. All vegetable recipes are in one book.
Cons:
1. There are 17 full color pages of food photos clumped together in the center of the book. I wish they would have put 12 - 16 small photos on each page as opposed to just one big picture per page.
2. The font in black and gold. The gold font is a problem because the pages are off-white which makes the gold blend into the background of the paper making the text hard to read. Either they should have used a blue font or used whiter paper.
I have not cooked from this book yet so my review might have to be updated after I try some of the recipes. I'm interested in cooking the Steamed Broccoli with Spanish Green Herb Sauce, Stir Fry Broccoli with Hot and Sour Sauce, Greek Style Potatoes, and the Stir-Fried Asparagus.

The stir fry asparagus is absolutely wonderful - even if you don't like asparagus.
The Greek potatoes are also good.
