Book Review: OK, but a lot of generalities and inaccuracies
Summary: 2 Stars
This is a good intro book but contains "folklore" about raw food and nutrition as opposed to data supported studies. Try Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon for a much more complete and substantiated look at raw food, probiotics, and nutrition.
