I picked this book up at a friend's house and after flipping through it for a minute decided I must have it. I just got it for Christmas and after detailed reading I have decided I want to make every single recipe in it. I started off with two of them today and both of them were absolutely fantastic. I can hardly wait to cook some more! Highly recommended!Book Review: Great addition

This recipe book has some good recipes especially for entertaining or if you want to spice up your everyday menu. It has everything from beverages to dessert. This book helps you get creative with using Yogurt in many different dishes you may not have considered, plus one can learn more about the origins of where Yogurt came from in the first place. Bought this for my daughter to accompany a yogurt maker. I thought the purchase was for recipies for "making" different yogurt products. It is but, also a cookbook of recipies from around the world "using" yogurt. Easy to read and follow format. Those I have personally tried are very good!
