I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed in this booklet. I was expecting more. My teenager got just braces, and was very interested in the "packing lunches" section that the book promised to have according to the amazon product description. Only it wasn't there. Instead, under "Easy Eating" is a list that they say is for brown-bag lunches. We were expecting easy and new recipes for her lunch box. Not just a list telling you to pack Gerber Toddler food, canned Hormel sausages, rice, meatloaf, oatmeal, canned fruit, and jello, etc.
It wasn't until after I got the book, that I found the book's main website with the recipe list. 5 drinks, 10 bread/breakfast recipes (pancake & waffle recipes?! really? like those needed to take up page space!), 13 main dishes, 6 vegetables, and 20 desserts.
I see there is a sequel to this book, whose recipe list is also on the book's main website. I think I'll save my money and check the internet for how to make those recipes...
