I use this book to the max, it's my buddy, I have it by my side, and just open it and re-read a subject I need an answer for. Pat wrote it in a very approchable, easy-to-understand style, no technicalities, down to the point. It gives so much information, that I can't think of anything left out. The input from Sharon McCormick couldn't be more helpful.
If you're starting your own business in this field, this book is a must have.
