Book Reviews of The Busy Mom's Ultimate Fitness GuideBook Review: Alternate Titles for This Book! Summary: 5 Stars
Let Me Propose Some Alternate Titles For This Book:
"Totally Realistic Advice On How Busy Moms CAN find the Time for Exercise"
"Busting EVERY False Belief & Myth That's Been Keeping You From Achieving Your Fitness Goalsl"
" Great Answers Every Fitness Questions You've Ever Wondered About and Didn't Know Who To Ask"
Can you tell I liked this book?
Seriously! What I liked best is that it totally helped me identify & "work through" 2 major stumbling blocks that were keeping me from incorporating exercise into my life.
First, I used to believe that if I didn't do at least 30 minute workout - it wasn't worth it to do any. Now "More is better than less, but some is better than none" is my mantra!
Second, I used to think I had to exercise at the same time, all the time. and if I didn't I should just forget it until I could build the habit of doing it at the same time all the time. Well, that advice may work for non-moms - but Cathy has shown me that we have to squeeze it in when we can - and has given me load of ideas on HOW to do it!
Get this book . It will get you MOVING!

Book Review: No guilt, no judgement, just good advice well-presented. Summary: 5 Stars
As a personal trainer, I was impressed with the information Cathy gives in her book--but I was even more impressed by her sane approach to fitness. Everyone (not just busy moms!) has days where they know they need to exercise, but can't fit the time in. Cathy's got a solution for those days, and more. And the way she writes about these solutions makes you feel like it's OK to have a less-strenuous workout when you just can't fit it in.
No guilt, no stress, just good advice, well-presented. If you are a mom, know a mom, or are just insanely busy, you should read this book!
Book Review: The Busy Mom's Ultimate Fitness Guide Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this for my wife who said she wanted to change her workout habits but had no time to do it with work and the kids. She said that she did not have enough time to take care of everything and workout. I have read some of the book and everything my wife said this book had the answer for. She has been taking the book to work with her and reading it at her lunch break. She told me this book is awesome and is making her more cofident that there is a way to take care of herself and all of the other things that clutter our lives.
Book Review: From a personal trainer Summary: 5 Stars
Nice work Cathy Moxley. This book starts right after motivation and then turns it quickly into a routine or as others call it, discipline. It is so important that the discipline be established as soon as possible and Cathy aims right at it.
She acknowledges the chores of a woman who desires fitness but gives many examples of how to get there in spite of the busy lifestyle. This is a great book for all women to read in this world where their role is in constant flux.
Book Review: Putting Mom's on their priority list! Summary: 5 Stars
This book is an awesome guide to help motivate Mom's to take some time for themselves and their exercise needs. One of my favorite things about this book is it helps Mom's realize that any exercise is better than no exercise. Cathy gives several examples of how to get started and make exercise a part of your routine, even if it is only a couple of short workouts a week. Cathy helps Mom's put themselves on their prioity list and helps them realize that they too are important!
